Coronavirus symptoms in line with the latest government guidelines

Adult Club Sessions

For every session you attend, please write your name and phone number using your own pen on the track and trace sheet. This will be retained for 14 days

  • The pegboard will not be in use at present so please select your next four in an equitable manner
  • Avoid a build up of people on the patio
  • The floodlights are now available
  • Ensure you access and exit courts promptly
  • The online booking system should still be used for all other games with you continuing to provide your own balls. As before, you can buy a tube of balls for £5 from Jon Mansfield or Steve Lemon
  • Pay and pay (public hire) is still unavailable

Patio Area & Seating

  • Sanitise hands on entry to and exit from the tennis club – ideally use your own sanitiser
  • Please endeavour to maintain social distance at all times
  • Once on court, please stay on court until your game is finished (e.g. collect any balls that have gone over the fence after your game)
  • Please do not use seating areas unless you can safely maintain social distance

Clubhouse Access

  • Open for access to balls (for social tennis only) and use of toilet
  • Back room is closed to all members (except as an emergency exit)


There is currently only one toilet in use, which will be cleaned every day

  • Use antibacterial gel before entry
  • One in, one out
  • Wash hands and use antibacterial gel on exit

Accessing Courts 4-6

Please access courts 4-6 via the gate at court 4

Do NOT walk by or behind a court when a point is in play – this is prevalent by court one. This is for your own safety
